Nicholas is responsible for establishing, maintaining and sharing in-depth knowledge of ScienceDirect, Scopus and Mendeley within the academic and government community. He strongly believes in successful implementation and adoption of products and solutions to deliver value for each customer organization.

   

Delon Lee, Head of Customer Engagement - eBooks, APAC, Elsevier
Delon Lee is Asia Pacific Head of Customer Engagement for Research Solutions Sales, Books, Elsevier. He collaborates and partners with Academic, Government and Corporate Libraries in Asia Pacific on growing the engagement of their users for Books on Sciencedirect through activities and various initiatives.

   

Merrylyn Yeo, Marketing Manager, Elsevier 
Engaging the Southeast Asian research community, Merrylyn aims to help academics and governments improve their research outcomes by leveraging on Elsevier's innovative solutions. Her prior experience includes working with industry publications across various sectors such as life science, oil & gas, engineering and more.
