It gives me great honor to present to you the Winners of the Malaysia Library Website Competition:

1st Prize Winner - Multimedia University

2nd Prize Winner - Universiti Sains Malaysia

3rd Prize Winner - Universiti Putra Malaysia

After going through the first stage of selection, the websites were ranked individually by the panel of judges from Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Taiwan.  Based on the collective results, the decision was virtually unanimous - Multimedia University has the best library website among all participating Universities.  It was also a close fight between Universiti Sains Malaysia website and Universiti Putra Malaysia website as they each had almost the same number of votes from the judges.

The winners will receive their Prizes on 14 July 2005 at KL Crowne Plaza Mutiara Hotel where the 2005 Library Connect Seminar will be held.
